Drink of the Week – La Buca Bellini
This week’s Drink of the Week is the ‘La Buca Bellini’, a cocktail that we are sure to order every time we stop by this little neighbourhood gem. La Buca always has a little something for everyone, with sumptuous dishes and a prominent list of Italian wines. Owners Chef Andrey Durbach and Chris Stewart also operate sister restaurant Pied-Ã -Terre with both restaurants focused on small, no fuss or frills, but fresh and good quality neighbourhood dining.
La Buca is definitely one of our favourites and just this week was one of the leading finalists in the 22nd Annual Restaurant Awards for the category of best casual Italian. The La Buca Bellini is a refreshing mix of prosecco and fresh apricot puree – enjoy!
