This week’s drink of the week is a refreshing ‘Spring Fever Collins’ that we sampled at the pre-reception of the recent 22nd Annual Vancouver Magazine Restaurant Awards. This seasonal cocktail was hand-crafted by the Donnelly Group and is a modern take on the classic Tom Collins cocktail.
Spring has sprung and the Spring Fever Collins is the perfect cocktail to try out with your friends this long Easter weekend. This sipper is a simple but thirst-quenching mix of Beefeater gin, Cointreau, rose syrup, fresh muddled lemons and limes topped with soda water. Cheers!
