Drink of the Week – Reflections ‘FogCutter’ Cocktail

Just yesterday evening the Rosewood Hotel Georgia hosted a reception for the opening of ‘Reflections,’ a relaxing outdoor bar & lounge in the heart of the city. Situated on the hotel’s fourth floor, ‘Reflections’ is an elegant and stylish urban oasis designed for tranquility with a flowing waterfall, central fire pit, over-sized teak couches and an outdoor island bar. Guests are welcome to enjoy light menu items and well-chosen wines and cocktails in this the intimate, laid-back yet modern setting. In the evening delicate lanterns illuminate the space for a truly relaxing experience.

Yesterday’s reception gathered guests for a mix and mingle as delicious tapas and cocktails were served. This week’s drink of the week highlights the signature cocktail, the ‘FogCutter’ crafted by Senior Bartender Robyn Gray. The FogCutter is ‘tiki cocktail’ circa 1946, made of Appleton extra rum, Beefeater gin, Pisco Capel, orgeat, fresh lemon and orange juice and Bristol cream sherry.
