Foodie Friday – Orofino Winery
Forget the 100 mile diet, how about a 1.6 mile dinner? Okanagan’s Orofino Winery is hosting a celebration of the best local produce from the Similkameen Valley, all originating within 1.6 miles of the winery. This true farm-to-plate five-course meal will use the best local artisan produce and will be expertly crafted by chefs Cameron Smith and Dana Ewart from the highly-regarded Joy Road Catering Company. On Saturday August 10th, bubbly and canapés will be served at 5.30pm followed by the delicious dinner.
