Drink of the Week – Sake Spritz

Kampai! We’re saying cheers to the new Miku Restaurant at Canada Place with a sake spritz on the new patio overlooking the cruise ship terminal and the North Shore. The sake spritz is a refreshing blend of Aperol, sake and lychee and was the perfect accompaniment to a plate of flame-seared Aburi style sushi.
