Drink of the Week – TBEX 2011 ‘Spring Collins’ Cocktail

Last weekend we attended the 2011 Travel Blog Exchange Conference (TBEX) at the Vancouver Convention Center. TBEX is considered the world’s largest and preeminent annual gathering of travel bloggers, writers, influencers, and content creators. This year’s TBEX’11 conference gathered several hundred travel bloggers from around the globe to share ideas and study best practices in writing, photography, video, podcasting, and a wide variety of other content platforms.

Among this years’ TBEX sponsors was the Donnelly Group who provided a DJ and a feature ‘Spring Collins’ cocktails for the TBEX Kick Off Party.
