Last weekend was Prince William’s and Kate Middleton’s one year anniversary and while their wedding was televised worldwide, they chose to celebrate more privately this time in their beachside co…ttage in Wales. Kate was said to have baked “fish in parchment” for her husband – in keeping with one year wedding anniversary traditions.
