Drink of the Week – Whistler Brewing Company Grapefruit Ale from Harley-Davidson Precious Metal

Yesterday evening Harley-Davidson hosted their annual Precious Metal event in support of Rethink Breast Cancer, for the first time in Vancouver. Women gathered their girlfriends together at The Salt Building for a night of pink-themed fashion, beauty, music, food and beverages while rocking to the sounds of live motorcycles and beats from DJ Veronica. Guests also enjoyed an exclusive viewing of the Harley-Davidson fashion show and great giveaways all in support of Rethink Breast Cancer, an innovative charity that reaches out to young people concerned and affected by breast cancer.

This week’s Drink of the Week is one of the unique libations we tried at the event, a Whistler Brewing Company Grapefruit Ale. The pink label and sweet fruity notes made this beer a perfect match for the evening. The grapefruit ale is a limited release summer beer perfect for patio sipping!
