Design Wednesday – Paper Pinecones

Feeling crafty this Christmas? Gather Santa’s little helpers together to make some last minute homemade ornaments for the tree.

We found this cute paper pinecone ornament on Canadian Living. Cut out the whimsical pattern pieces and invite kids to create their own, colourful twirling pinecones by threading together the paper pieces. Pretty soon, you will have enough pinecones to cover the entire tree!
