Shakespeare said that music be the food of love but for us a four-course tasting menu is closer to our hearts. Hawksworth Restaurant’s Valentine’s menu has got us all aflutter with yellowfin tuna ribbons, butter poached lobster, slow-cooked heritage angus rib eye or pan roasted sablefish on the table. Love can sometimes be bittersweet but we’re looking forward to finishing off our romantic evening with meyer lemon curd with notes of raspberry, vanilla and white chocolate.
