Foodie Friday – To Die For Lemon Loaf
We’re pretty sure that food heaven is bathed in yellow light and flavoured with citrus if Erin Ireland’s new To Die For Lemon Loaf is anything to go by. The lovely Erin Ireland was so kind as to personally deliver her new creation to our office this afternoon and we are already in love with the light lemony flavour & subtle crunch of toasted millet and poppy seeds speckled throughout. Some secret ingredients include organic coconut milk and freshly squeezed lemons, yum!
