Oliver Osoyoos Wine Country’s one-day wine and food festival returns Saturday May 4th, 2024

Tickets launch today for the popular Pig Out Festival, taking place in the heart of Oliver Osoyoos Wine Country, on Saturday May 4th, 2024.

Taking place surrounded by vines at Cellar Door & More, home to award-winning Jackson-Triggs and Inniskillin, just north of Oliver, B.C., the popular festival returns to its original spring dates and single location format for the first time since 2019. 

“We are so excited to go the whole hog on the 2024 Pig Out Festival, showcasing our region’s wonderful wineries as well as talented culinary partners from across Western Canada, in a fantastic new location,” says Jennifer Busmann, executive director of Oliver Osoyoos Wine Country. 

Local and guest chefs will unite to showcase their culinary talents, under the theme “Fiesta”, a colourful celebration of the diverse food and culture of the South Okanagan in an elegant and relaxed outdoor setting. Talented chefs will be stationed throughout the location, preparing delectable, pork-themed dishes that perfectly complement the exceptional wines of the region. Expect mountains of juicy ribs, flavorful pulled pork, local sausages fresh from the grill and delicious sides and salads. 

“Market Price” tickets are available for $109 plus tax for a limited time until they are sold, and include entry to the festival, and tokens to enjoy the food stations and wine samples throughout the afternoon, as well as a shuttle service from either the Oliver or Osoyoos to the festival location and a safe ride home. The event is only for guests aged 19+.
