Drink of the Week – Boneta ‘Rosada’ Cocktail

If you haven’t yet checked out the new Boneta, you simply must go. We just love the beautiful new room poised as a solarium with five sliding doors, floor to ceiling glass and a roof that’s over 30% glass. This popular Gastown eatery is a great place to check out any time of the year with a fully-heated and covered courtyard patio.
 
One of the highlight cocktails we tried is the Rosada, a smooth mix of Flor de Cana rum, preserved lemon, white pepper shrub, egg white, fresh strawberry and lemon. If you love pink cocktails like us, this is the one for you!
