Drink of the week – Kalamansi Fizz

 

This week we tucked into a plate of delicious Dungeness crab with jalepeno spaghettini at Hawksworth Restaurant and tried a non-alcoholic tipple instead of our usual glass of wine. The Kalamansi Fizz is a refreshing mix of pure pomegranate juice, kalamansi (a tiny citrus fruit from the Philippines), honey and ginger beer. Other non-alcoholic beverages include the Elderflower Sour – a mix of fresh lime, cucumber and elderflower – a Coconut Water or a Blueberry Lavender, which is a mix of pure blueberry juice, lemon, lavender and sparkling water. Zero proof but still delicious? We were glad we mixed it up a little this week!
