For Vancouver’s brunch enthusiasts, brunch at Bel Café Kitsilano has arrived. Available on weekends between 9:00am-2:00pm, at the 1780 West 3rd Avenue location, the new brunch menu offers a selection of seasonal brunch offerings and sumptuous sides, alongside all other regular grab-and-go and breakfast items, specialty brewed coffees and artisan teas.
“For guests living in the Kitsilano area or those keen to explore this vibrant Vancouver neighbourhood, we’re thrilled to announce Bel Café’s brand new brunch service for all to enjoy,” says Jesse Johnson, Area Manager at Bel Café. “Featuring five creative brunch dishes and an assortment of mouthwatering sides, brunch at Bel Café is the perfect way to share weekends with friends and family.”
Created by Chef Kevin Emry, Bel Café’s newest menu items include a delightful Vegan Buckwheat and Orange Waffle accompanied with fresh fruit, warm maple and orange syrup topped with vanilla cream; a flavourful Morrocan Egg Skillet with tomato ragout, 6-minute egg, cilantro, grana padano and toasted sourdough; a freshly-made Confit Albacore Tuna with lemon and dill hollandaise and confit potatoes; an energy-boosting Power-Grain Bowl including coconut matcha chia, coconut granola, fresh fruit and vegan yogurt; as well as a health-conscious Kale Scramble made with goat cheese, cherry tomato and confit potato. Complete each dish with a delicious selection of sides including bacon, avocado, confit potatoes, fresh fruit, toast with jam or butter, 6-minute egg and a side of hollandaise or syrup for the perfect brunch combination.
Those looking to grab-and-go can still savour Bel Café’s assortment of popular take-away breakfast items: from Chia Pudding Parfait and Overnight Oats to the delicious Spicy Kale Breakfast Sandwich and Avocado Toast, Bel Café’s selection of ready-made items offer the perfect start to the day’s adventure. All dishes can be served alongside expertly crafted specialty brews, artisan teas, and Juice Truck fresh-pressed juices.
