Drink of the Week – Buca “The Corleone” Cocktail

On a recent trip to Toronto we stopped by the trendy Buca Restaurant on King Street. This hidden gem, beautifully designed with 30-foot high ceilings and sand-blasted brick walls is certainly one hip Italian eatery. The menu changes daily with ingredients straight off the farm ensuring dishes are always fresh and seasonal.

We were also impressed with their list of house cocktails like ‘The Corleone’ cocktail, a refreshing mix of gin, sage, fresh orange juice and soda water.

Next time you pay a visit to Toronto we definitely recommend this rustic hub, enjoy!
