Reflections Launches an Alfresco Sunday Brunch & Moët Ice Imperial

Soak up the summer sun at Rosewood Hotel Georgia’s chic rooftop restaurant & lounge with the launch of Sunday opening and brunch at Reflections.

Leading the culinary program is the hotel’s head chef Ken Nakano who is extending his style of west coast tapas to the brunch menu. Fresh from farm and ocean, feature brunch menu items include a west coast seafood platter for two; cantaloupe and Serrano ham with aged balsamic; and a fresh watermelon salad with feta and basil.

Reflections will also offer Moët Ice Imperial, a sublime summer sipper from the world’s leading producers of champagne. Ice Imperial is the world’s first champagne created specifically to be enjoyed over ice. Reflections serves it with fresh seasonal fruit in a generous burgundy glass – a fresh alternative to Pimms or Sangria.
