Boutique Victoria Hotel Unveils 50 Nights at the Magnolia
Magnolia Hotel & Spa launches the fresh and enticing 50 Nights at The Magnolia, a fresh, local and seasonal pop up restaurant concept helmed by Chef Will Willgress.
Chef Willgress has created a new menu with nightly features and describes the direction as being “globally inspired, locally sourced”. His inspiring menu includes many favourites, but with a new twist: Beef Short Rib Curry with roasted cauliflower risotto, buttered savoy cabbage, apple raita, apricot chutney ($23); Miso Broiled Albacore Tuna with edamame puree, dashi butter, charred Chinese eggplant, pea shoots, squash fried rice, sesame, soy lacquer ($27); and Scallop & Oyster – seared scallop, crispy pork belly, crispy fried oyster, black vinegar sauce, turnip cream ($13) are already proving to be firm favourites.
