Cure Lounge & Patio offers new menu and creative cocktails all summer long

Executive Chef James Olberg’s flavourful, rustic dishes are perfect for sharing. New menu items include: wild sockeye salmon poke bowl ($29) with quinoa, edamame, avocado, seaweed and soy vinaigrette; and a braised short rib flatbread ($20) with sautéed mushrooms, smoked applewood cheddar and dijon dressing.
Whistler locals know that Cure Lounge & Patio is the place to go. Daily offers include: popular Meatless Monday three-course menu ($39); ‘go local’ Cure burger ($15) on Wednesdays; and half rack of BBQ pork ($24) every Sunday. Happy Hour offerings between 2:00-4:00pm and 9:00-10:00pm daily include a selection of house cocktails and share plates at pocket-friendly prices.
The bar team, led by Head Bartender, Craig McNair, has created a new cocktail menu themed “classics with a modern twist”. Guests can enjoy: a fun-loving Lavender Daiquiri made with Appleton Estates Rum, Flor de Caña 5 year aged rum, lavender syrup and fresh lime; a turmeric-infused Jim Beam double oak bourbon Spitfire paired with Aperol, Amaro and fresh lemon; or the Doctor’s Orders featuring Appleton Estates Rum, coconut milk, Grand Marnier reduction, citric acid and angostura bitters.
