Hawksworth at the Vancouver Museum
On Wednesday March 30th, Hawksworth Restaurant and Mission Hill Estate Winery hosted a special dinner at the Vancouver Museum for the 2011 Vancouver Playhouse International Wine Festival Dinner. Over 70 guests enjoyed an exclusive preview of what’s to come at David Hawksworth’s eagerly anticipated new restaurant. Menu standouts included dungeness crab salad with sake trout roe, heart of palm, dill & lemon and slow braised beef shortrib with smoked bone marrow, purple onion, fava bean & natural jus.
