Drink of the Week – Long Island Ice Tea Keg Cocktail from the Granville Room

We were thrilled to try the Granville Room’s new Long Island Ice Tea keg cocktail last week. The 10 year-old space on Vancouver’s buzzing Granville strip is sure to pique the interest of experienced imbibers and novices alike. Adding to the Granville Room’s impressive list of libations are now unique keg cocktails, crafted by the Donnelly Group’s Bar & Beverage Director Trevor Kallies.

This week’s Drink of the Week features the iconic Long Island we tried, the latest keg cocktail crafted by Kallies in collaboration with Granville Room’s head bartender Joey Donnelly. Roughly every two weeks the Granville Room will see a new keg cocktail on the menu, using a special 20 litre draft system. Gather old and new friends for a chance to try the draught Long Island Ice Tea available until April 18th.
