Drink of the Week – H’s Blend, Hawksworth Restaurant and Bel Cafe Custom Blend of Wines

Handcrafted by the award-winning Hawksworth Restaurant sommelier team and John Weber of Orofino Winery, H’s Blend is a light and refreshing offering of both red and white wine. The red is a bright and lively Gamay with notes of dark berries; and the white is a delicate blend of 50% Pinot Gris and 50% Riesling with flavours of citrus and pear. A family-run winery, Orofino is located in the Similkameen, where the grapes for the wines are from and where it’s produced. H’s Blend is available at both Bel Cafe and Hawksworth Restaurant by the glass or bottle.
