Foodie Friday – Eat Mogu

In light of the obvious Food Truck craze, as well as the current season, this week’s Foodie Friday is showcasing an item from the Eat Mogu food truck (a vendor that is frequented by some of us in the office). The “Kabocha Korokke Sandwich” is made up of sweet Japanese squash (different varieties can be found at grocers everywhere being very much in season), katsu sauce, avocado, and lettuce. Go try this for yourself or any one of their other menu items! They are located on Howe just off Dunsmuir.
