Drink of the Week – Amontillado Sherry Cocktail from Swallow Tail and Hawksworth Restaurant Dine Out at Holt Renfrew

This week’s Drink of the Week is the signature cocktail from Hawksworth Restaurant at Holt Refrew’s Food Meets Fashion event on Tuesday evening. The pretty blush pink drink was a delicate mix of Amontillado sherry with rose petals and orange peel, topped off with cava, and it certainly put some colour in our cheeks. We sipped on it while we checked out a sneak peek of Holt’s Spring 2013 designer collection and then we enjoyed wine pairings with dinner and dessert by Hawksworth as part of this Dine Out Vancouver and Swallow Tail Culinary Adventures collaborative event.
