Hawksworth Hot List for Easter – Brunch at Miradoro Restaurant

It’s sunny and it’s the long weekend…. So that means it’s time for a spring-inspired brunch! Miradoro Restaurant at Tinhorn Creek Vineyards is hosting a special Easter brunch this Sunday March 31st from 10:30am – 3:00pm. Menu highlights include light options such as mixed organic greens, pecarino romano and caramelized Similkameen honey vinaigrette and more indulgent temptations like apple donuts with fennel sugar or orange blossom and cardamom sugar crepes with thick yogurt.

We’ll be getting our savoury Sunday fix with ricotta gnudi, sweet peas, preserved lemon and mint. As it’s Easter we’ll be choosing from these two poached egg dishes: chorizo migas, salsa verde and flat bread or potato, olive & alpindon frico, house made pancetta, and preserved lemon hollandaise. There won’t be any room left for our chocolate eggs!
