Drink of the Week – La Pentola’s Roger Sterling Cocktail

We’re getting excited for the final season premiere of Mad Men this Sunday. Channel your inner Roger Sterling with this fun “Roger Sterling” cocktail crafted by La Pentola della Quercia‘s Head Bartender Martin Corriveau. Dry and refreshing, a couple of these and you’ll feel you can get away with anything!

1 1/2oz vodka
1/2oz London-dry gin
1/2oz Salers Aperitif
1 dash of grapefruit bitters

Stir the ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange peel.
