Wellness Wednesday – Foraging Classes at Nita Lake Lodge
Join Nita Lake Lodge‘s Chef Paul Moran for a morning of foraging in the Whistler valley. Search for wild and edible plants, shoots, lichens and mushrooms which will later be prepared into a 5-course Chef’s dinner at Aura Restaurant.
