The Patio at Aura Restaurant – the place to be this summer season


Perfectly framed by mountain vistas and flanked by picture-perfect Nita Lake, Aura Restaurant at Nita Lake Lodge debuts a new two-tier, 80 seat patio for the summer season, showcasing its enviable lakeside location, open for dinner this evening and throughout the summer months.

On Friday June 24, join a celebratory lakeside dinner to formally launch the new patio, with a family-style, three-course tasting menu prepared by Chef Dean Hossack and wine from Tolloy and Bonarda. Tickets cost $59 per person.

Enjoy a welcome cocktail provided by Zubrowka Vodka and Gancia Prosecco, while enjoying the company of friends in the intimate lakeside setting. Take a seat on the new patio for Aura Restaurant’s first-ever long-table, al fresco dinner. Guests will be given a sneak peek of Chef Dean Hossack’s summer menu with highlights presented family style including an appetizer of house-smoked BC trout filet with char roe, crème fraiche, preserved lemon, herb salad and chive blini and a main course choice of grilled celeriac steak with shallot pine nut nage, charred baby leeks and oven-dried tomato or cedar paper wrapped Kuterra salmon, Pemberton spring sunchoke, garlic greens, pesto, poached shrimp and beurre blanc.
