Hawksworth Restaurant partners with Dom Pérignon for new Prix Fixe Brunch Menu

Hawksworth Restaurant partners with renowned Champagne house, Moët & Chandon, to introduce its new Prix Fixe Brunch Menu ($32) paired with Dom Pérignon by the glass ($88). From now until December 31st, guests can experience Hawksworth’s award-winning cuisine, accompanied by one of the world’s most prestigious champagnes. The new menu is offered alongside the regular A La Carte Brunch Menu served Saturday and Sunday from 10:30am-2:00pm.

“As one of Vancouver’s leading fine-dining restaurants with a highly awarded deep and diverse wine list, we are delighted to collaborate with Moët & Chandon to bring our guests the best of vintage champagne by the glass,” says Bryant Mao, Wine Director. “Our expertly trained staff of six sommeliers are proud to showcase and bring to life the creative, singular and unique 2009 vintage from Dom Pérignon.”

Presented as a choice of two starters, two main courses and a dessert, Chef de Cuisine Quinton Bennet’s Prix Fixe Brunch Menu highlights bright, seasonally-inspired dishes with a simple yet refined approach. A choice of Salt Baked Beets with whipped goat cheese and toasted pumpkin seeds, or Brassica Salad with gooseberries, squash hummus and dukka is offered to start; guests can then turn their attention to the main course, choosing between Dungeness Crab highlighted by smashed avocado and jalapeno hollandaise on a toasted muffin (half portion), or French-inspired Croque Monsieur with house pickled vegetables. To finish, guests can enjoy a silky smooth dessert of candy cap mushroom ice cream with toasted white chocolate namlaka, aerated toffee and walnut, created by Pastry Chef Wayne Kozinko.

For those already in the holiday spirit, Hawksworth Restaurant is now offering a festive tasting menu featuring a seven-course culinary experience for $129/guest, $208 with wine pairings. The menu offers a journey of fresh and locally-sourced ingredient-driven dishes with a celebratory twist and Dom Pérignon by the glass is the perfect way to start.

Hawksworth Restaurant is open on Christmas Day with an extended brunch menu offered from 8:00am-1:00pm, and a la carte and feature dinner menu available from 4:30pm-9:30pm. Open until 1:00am, New Year’s Eve will showcase a five-course tasting menu with two seating options, first from 5:00pm-7:45pm ($175 per person + tax & gratuity), with the second from 8:00pm until closing ($205 per person + tax & gratuity), which includes a champagne toast upon arrival, party favours and midnight countdown.
