Guests ordering takeout online can choose additional Pop Up Pantry items such as a Haltwhistle Picnic Box featuring local cheeses, housemade pate, pickles, grape mustard and crackers ($30); two portions of TCR Bolognese ($14) ready to reheat at home and packed with flavour and local vegetables; or the restaurant’s popular TCR Granola ($12). Items can be ordered individually or added onto an order of Fried Chicken Dinner for four ($50) featuring breaded Lockwood Farms chicken, hand-cut fries, buttermilk biscuits, or popular dinner menu items including Ricotta and Squash Agnolotti with sage, Clevedon cheese, brown butter, lemon and chili ($28), Roasted Duck Breast with braised endive, oyster mushrooms, crispy rice and spiced duck broth ($29) or Two Rivers Beef Tenderloin Steak Frites ($45). Diners can also choose from a wide selection of BC and international wines in the Pop Up Pantry, including Rathjen Cellars Sparkling Rosé ($50) and Phantom Creek Estates 2016 Red Blend ($62).

For those looking to up their take out game, The Courtney Room’s Date Night In dinner ($110 + tax) is a multi-course feast, tailored to be enjoyed at home. The menu includes: Burrata and Kale Salad; Housemade Breads with smoked eggplant dip; Potatoes Courtney; Pan-Roasted Catch of the Day with grain risotto and seafood tomato emulsion; Peace Country Slow Braised Lamb Leg with seasonal vegetables; and a Chocolate Brownie to finish. A bottle of Quails Gate Rosé is included in the price, which provides exceptional value.
