(MARCH 27th, 2025): The highly anticipated Pig Out Festival Weekend returns to Oliver Osoyoos Wine Country from May 2-4, 2025, offering a flavour-packed lineup of food and wine experiences. This annual celebration showcases the region’s world-class wineries and exceptional culinary talent through a series of immersive events, including an exclusive guest chef dinner, the signature Pig Out Festival, an evening of comedy, and a special vineyard lunch.

Friday May 2nd: Pig Out Guest Chef Dinner at Manzil Restaurant 

The weekend kicks off with an exclusive Guest Chef Dinner at Manzil Restaurant, a rising star in the local dining scene known for its authentic East Indian cuisine. Guests will begin their evening in the vineyard garden at Kismet Estate Winery, enjoying wines from local producers alongside Indian street food-inspired bites, before moving indoors for a four-course meal. Each dish will be expertly paired with wines from Kismet Estate Winery, Domaine Artema Estate Winery, and River Stone Estate Winery.

Featured Menu Highlights:

  • Masala Pulled Pork Naan Crostini with Spiced Yogurt
  • Aromatic Spiced Chicken & Saffron Egg Biryani with Raita
  • Gulab Jamun with Indian Chai or an Espresso Chai Martini

Throughout the evening, guests will hear from three acclaimed winemakers: Manpreet Dhaliwal (Kismet Estate Winery), Ted Kane (River Stone Estate Winery), and Stefanie Dylla (Domaine Artema Estate Winery), who will share insights into their craft.

Saturday May 3rd: Pig Out Festival at Cellar Door & More 

The signature Pig Out Festival takes place on Saturday, May 3, from 1.00- 4.00pm at Cellar Door & More in Oliver, bringing together the region’s top chefs and wineries for a mouthwatering afternoon of food, wine, and entertainment including live comedy theatre in the vineyard from South Okanagan Amateur Players Society and fun games for the whole family. Think juicy ribs, flavorful pulled pork, and freshly grilled sausages, all paired with the region’s top-notch wines.

The fun continues into the evening with Comedy in the Cellar at Nostalgia Wines, featuring an intimate night of  laugh-a-minute entertainment, while sipping a glass from Nostalgia’s delicious portfolio of wines.
