Drink of the Week – ‘California Orange’ from the Oscars Red Carpet Party at Cinema Public House

Just a couple weeks ago we attended a luxe Oscars red carpet party at Cinema Public House on downtown Vancouver’s happening Granville Street. Guests enjoyed red carpet treatment with a champagne fountain upon arrival and a 3-course prixe-fixe menu to follow. At the bar partygoers sipped unique Oscars-inspired cocktails crafted by none-other than the Donnelly Group’s head Bar & Beverage Director Trevor Kallies.

This week’s Drink of the Week features one of the signature Oscar cocktails, the ‘California Orange,’ a mix of Cuervo Gold tequila, fresh orange, orange bitters and ginger beer.
