Drink of the Week – La Dolce Vita
We stopped by La Pentola della Quercia last Sunday for their Rossdown Farms Chicken Supper Series. To kick off the evening we ordered a refreshing “La Dolce Vita” cocktail (42 Below vodka, house made vanilla and elderflower syrups and fresh peach). Very light and citrusy with notes of warm vanilla – a delicious summer cocktail!
La Pentola and OPUS Bar have an impressive cocktail program headed up by Martin Corriveau. Working with the kitchen, Martin crafts many of the bitters and syrups in-house, and has even started bottling his own beer cocktails.
