“We’ve designed these menus to be colourful and bright, with robust flavour combinations to excite taste buds and keep our guests nurtured and nourished through the long winter months,” says Chef and owner David Hawksworth. “My personal favourites currently include the organic chicken power bowl at lunch with juicy shredded chicken, soy-peanut dressing, rice noodles and papaya – it takes me to my happy place – and from our a la carte dinner menu, king oyster and celery agnolotti. We make the pasta in-house and serve it with a light hazelnut and celery foam – it’s really delicious!”

Hawksworth’s Cocktail Hour Menu is back (4pm-6pm, Tue-Sat) and would never be complete without the return of the popular ‘KFC’ Korean fried cauliflowersesame, cilantro ($9) and the B&B hawksworth classic burger and beverage – old fashioned or parallel 49 craft lager ($19). An elevated pastry program complements the savoury dishes with offerings that include a sampling of mignardises ($2 each) for the table with delicate pâte de fruit, caramel and chocolates. The classic French pastry, Mont Blanc chestnut, pear and vanilla ($13) is named for the snowy capped mountain it represents.
