Vancouver, B.C. (November 14, 2025)Bel Café, the vibrant downtown eatery helmed by acclaimed Chef David Hawksworth, is delighted to unveil its festive holiday menu. This year’s offerings showcase an inviting selection of pastries, sweets, and winter beverages crafted to bring warmth and cheer to the season. Guests are invited to indulge in nostalgic holiday treats or enjoy a cozy lunch while exploring downtown Vancouver.

Bel Café and Hawksworth Restaurant’s esteemed Pastry Chef, Marissa Gonzalez, has created a delicious trio of Assorted Holiday Cookies featuring Linzer & Raspberry, Ginger Molasses and Vanilla Shortbread ($3.25 each or 12 for $38). Bel’s Traditional Fruit Cake ($25) also returns, brimming with dark rum–soaked dried fruits, citrus zest, and finished with festive marzipan. New this year are several indulgent pastries, including the Mont Blanc Croissant ($7.95) with chestnut and milk chocolate crèmeux, the Gingerbread & Biscoff Cream Puff ($7.25), the Eggnog & Cinnamon Croissant ($7.25), and the refined Pear & Almond Frangipane Tartlet ($7.25).

In addition to these sweet offerings, Bel Café also highlights two comforting savoury favourites perfect for a mid-day break. The Holiday Turkey Sandwich ($18.00) brings together smoked turkey, brie, cranberry, arugula, and aioli on multigrain for a festive, hearty bite. Guests can also enjoy the beloved Bel Burger ($13.00), stacked with caramelized onions, cheddar, lettuce, pickles, and signature burger sauce on a soft potato bun.

To complement these seasonal treats, Bel Café introduces a trio of winter beverages: the nutty Hazelnut Hojicha Latte ($6.00), the refreshing Peppermint Hot Chocolate ($6.25) topped with mint whipped cream, and the festive Holiday Nog Latte ($6.50) made with house-made plant-based nog, oat milk, fig, and warm spice.
